Was at the Bootle store on Sunday 30th July. Customer service guy was helpful only to the extent it was his job and nothing more. I Got the feeling he wasn't that interested and wanted to get through the sale quickly. Went to the shop to get a new phone as my plan is due to expire next month, from the entrance the person who I assume is the manager had an arrogant attitude.
