I went to the Bootle store which was empty when I arrived for my 4pm appointment. There were 2 staff available and the gentleman I saw was named Andrew and he was very helpful. The appointments are 20 minute slots. They also ask you if you want to upgrade your mobile if you are due an upgrade and show you some of the handsets available and the approximate monthly cost depending which plan you opt for.”
