Staff are rude have no customer skills and the older lady needs re training on how to talk to people she is so rude

Vodafone don't care, I've been a customer nearly 20 year. I asked about a charger cable, thinking I might get given one. The bloke nearly laughed in my face. I pay out £60 month, but Vodafone can't give me a cable. Seriously poor customer service. When my contract is up I'll be switching providers.
