I went in to the three store and Daz came over to see me, It took a few days to reset Apple ID passwords and get my new phone set up, but the journey was worth it as I’m no fully set up and good to go. “Been coming for many years and don’t think ever had bad experience with the staff or other customers at cex Birkenhead. Today however The male staff member with the beard dealt with a distressed customer in the most kindest, understanding, yet professional way - despite the customers frustration toward the male staff member. I’ve given four stars as I accepted my item for certain amount of cash which was a standard offer and even though we would all like a few quid extra depending on the condition of the item, a lot of used items realistically may not generate the most possible cash. So whilst it’s important to shop around cex still can offer realistic amounts for your items.”

“Had a problem with my elderly mum's phone pay and go , she wanted to try Tesco som only which seemed to be the cheapest. After getting pac code we then ended another code so I went to Vodafone shop in Birkenhead the boys there couldn't have been more helpful and sorted it straight away when they didn't have to as we were leaving them. “Very knowledgeable staff and a bit of discount winner love curry's well today I've had to take a broken hoover back to the shop just outside of the 30 days ! Didn't care for the attitude of the returns desk they didn't know the law but kept quoting their rules got the right result ie a new hoover but not without hassle so for today I would have to score 1star for service sorry currys simply need to fix this problem!FUMING”
