I would definitely avoid Specsavers especially in Birkenhead. I went to collect 2 new pairs of glasses yesterday and I soon realised my glasses didn't have an anti glare coating as I had requested. Sunglasses were “ delayed “.nobody called to update. Popped in today they are there - but no answer to when they arrived or why they never called. Happy to take my money right away. ?. Spoke to supervisor- tried to explain and she goes ‘dont talk to me like that’. Like what???
