I emailed the company three times regarding a refund request. The company finally replied after nearly a month to accept the requested. I posted the item back and it has been another 20 days with no refund and no email responses. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, reporting the company to citizens advice

So despite a rocky start to the delivery, Team Smithers came good. The damaged and missing items were replaced in rapid order. I guess I can't blame them for items damaged in transit. The packaging was pretty good so just one of those unfortunate things. They kept me in the loop with emails and now I'm now the happy owner...
