I popped into the Spalding store the other day (01/09/2025) and, I must say, it was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm smile by a lovely young lady with long black hair — reminded me of how shopkeepers used to treat you when customer service actually meant something.
Placed an order 23rd December and still no delivery.
Despite eventually raising a case number there has been no further communication from them despite me repeatedly emailing and now inboxing via messenger.
Went into store and they can’t help as it was an online order.
24 hours and I shall take matters further

Shopped in-store today. They overcharged on one item and were quite rude when I pointed this out to them. They did correct their error, but when I checked my change outside the shop, I realised they had short changed me by £1 (my fault for not checking before).
