“Really pleased with the carpet - fitter did a really good job and was quick! Good price for the product too. Only thing is that I mentioned in store that we have furniture which we'd rather not have to disassemble and was told that the fitter would be able to work around this but when the fitter came, he said we'd have to move all furniture out of the room first.”

We purchased our kitchen as part of a new build 7 years ago and required some replacements for technical parts and a new worktop oil- the same as we had previously been provided with. Jacob went above & beyond in tracking down suppliers and contacting the specialists after some items had been replaced with new stock and then made sure the new items were delivered to our door!
