“Me and my partner had bought a new house with an odd shaped living room so we’re looking for the perfect corner sofa and two seater. We had already been to other sofa stores; dfs, furniture village, scs etc but OFL had the perfect sofa for us. We don’t like pushy sales people, we like ones that simply say “hello, if you need any help please just come and ask.” We had Richard the sales manager who was an awesome man! He was down to earth and very honest with us. He also went above and beyond answering my million questions and even advised me on which colour to go with the flooring we had put in. Delivery was set for the week after and we were updated all the time. Delivery day came and we were previously given a time slot of between 9.30am and 12.00noon. Had a message on the morning saying they would be here within 40 minutes which was roughly 9.45am. They turned up on time. I had Chris and Dunc deliver my sofa and they were lovely. Very professional and courteous. They unpacked it all and put them exactly where I wanted them and even put my cushions on for me decoratively. They were clean and tidy and very careful with my furniture. They had special foot sleeves they put on when coming into the house. I have given 5stars due to the whole process from start to finish. Oh and got my furniture at an amazing price! Thank you so much all of you. We will definitely be coming back for more furniture in the future. If I could give 10 stars I would. “Wow what a great company Airlesspro is!I honestly can't recommend this company high enough.The first time I used airless pro I spoke with Jason who was brilliant, he sorted my issue out where another company couldn't or more to the point couldn't be bothered to. And I should iff left a great review back then for Jason. So thank you JasonThis time I wasn't sure which sprayer I should buy but I had two in mind.This time I chatted with Phi and he was amazing, he went above and beyond in not only answering my questions but also explaining so much about both machines/brands that i knew for sure the one I wanted.The great thing about phil is he didnt try to sell me the more expensive sprayer out of the two, in fact he didnt try to sell me either as such, he simply gave me all the knowledge and expert advice on both.Phil clearly knows his stuff and is his customer service is 2nd to none.Phil not only went out of his way in the amount of time he spent talking to me but he also sent me a detailed email explaining all about running the sprayer from a mains/generator/transformer and the proper way to connect it with either so as to protect my spayer properly.Phil simply gives you the best honest expert advice so you can choose what is best for you.I say honest because you can just tell with everything he says and explains, plus he didnt try to sway me into buying the more expensive out of the two at all.Airlesspro will now always be my go to.Thank you Phil.”

“This shop truly has something in it for everyone. The layout is open and inviting, kept clean and organised by the staff. There's hidden gems throughout the entire shop. The only thing that stops it from getting the full five stars is the price of some of the goods being a little over inflated. This shop could easily take your entire payslip if you weren't careful”

“Came in for advice about a replacement toilet flushing mechanism. Met Paul on front desk who was helpful, cheerful, and offered advice in clear communication. He was very friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. Discussed with me exactly what I required. Helped me with everything I needed and I got the job done with his help (and some from YouTube) despite never having done the job myself. A GBP30 item (and 30 minutes work) saved me GBP200 as quoted by a local plumber. Well done guys!”

Probably the best shopping experience I’ve had in years. Great staff. Great shop. Picked up some cushions on impulse, great price.

“Purchased two new sofas today. The staff were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming, friendly and informative. Spoke to a few members of staff while walking round, they allowed us to browse the shop without badgering us. When we decided what we we wanted they took the time to explain everything in detail.
One of the gentlemen started work early to come and assist us and was shadowed by a lovely lady who had only been with the company a few weeks. I have a feeling she will fit in very well with the other staff members. Cant praise them enough. Above and beyond. Shop is dog and child friendly.”

We opted for benchmarx own brand appliances and I was really impressed, the dishwasher is especially good. “We use this (Dixon Close) branch all the time - we’ve recently bought a house that’s an ex rental and we need to replace or add so many things - Sam and Kev are both very good (and extremely patient & polite) at deciphering our random descriptions and arm wavings as we try to explain what the problem is so they can sell us what we need to fix it. Sam also sold me the biggest nails which meant I had a most enjoyable time thwacking them into the rafters in our loft! Happiness is a huge nail and a hammer!? Definitely recommend you go see these lovely chaps - their advice and stories are as good as their products!?”

“Of all the patio sets I’ve viewed in shops the Mabel Mosaic at the Range was the best looking and very sturdy. The table was easy to assemble and the chairs were already assembled. There was no damage to the chairs and table and they look stunning in the garden. Very good quality, attractive and affordable. Only is was that the delivery company brought the delivery forward, then didn’t turn up but they went out of their way to bring the items the next day and apologised for the delay because of van breaking down. I should deduct a point for the delivery issue but as my items still arrived early and look so good, alls well.”
