“I went into the scunthorpe branch about 2pm today to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady that was on the beauty/studio section was so lovely and i think she deserves to be recognised for it. she was very chatting and kind, i went in for an eyebrow wax and had a reaction to the wax and wouldn’t do my other eyebrow as she was not wanting to put me in pain however she threaded the other eyebrow. She then proceeded to constantly check i was okay and took great care of me. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but wanted her to get some recognition for how lovely and helpful she was. The other staff were also lovely the manager came up to check i was okay and if they could do anything. Thank you to all the staff at scunthorpe x”

“Visited the store last night 26.10.2023 was served by a very polite friendly lady named Carol. She helped me on the new self serve till but as I had a coupon to redeem it couldn't be done. She said no problem I can do it on the manual till for you, and proceeded to take my purchases over and redeemed my coupon for me.
