“First time in this Primark. Staff were very very helpful helping an old codger find the items he was looking for. Great layout, probably the same as every other Primark but the atmosphere seemed a lot better.I do not want to spend a fortune on everyday gear and Primark fits the bill perfectly.Great offers if you look around and easy accessible changing rooms.Will definitely go back here for more clothing items.”

“I went into the scunthorpe branch about 2pm today to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady that was on the beauty/studio section was so lovely and i think she deserves to be recognised for it. she was very chatting and kind, i went in for an eyebrow wax and had a reaction to the wax and wouldn’t do my other eyebrow as she was not wanting to put me in pain however she threaded the other eyebrow. She then proceeded to constantly check i was okay and took great care of me. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but wanted her to get some recognition for how lovely and helpful she was. The other staff were also lovely the manager came up to check i was okay and if they could do anything. Thank you to all the staff at scunthorpe x”

“Lovely store, great staff. The only down side is that it can be difficult to move round if you have a buggy or wheelchair as it is very compact. However they do have everything you need to play sport or go to the gym etc.”
“Easy to find most of the items, incase if you cannot find the item ask help from any of the staff, they are very helpful. Even at the exit counter the staff are quite helpful with any of scanning issues.If you are purchasing more than 10 items its better to register a scanner and take it with you.”

“Lovely time at this store on Saturday. We happened to go in by chance for the well known eclectic offerings in homewear and discovered a fabulous range of quirky picture frames. We'd been looking in charity shops for unique frames. Turns out we just needed TK Maxx! Lovely staff as well behind the till!”
