“Always love poor boy and prices are so reasonable for the good quality clothing. However, I experienced disappointing customer service when purchasing an item. The girls that served me were both on their phones before I paid, and when I did there was no sense of welcome or a hello or thank you. This tarnished what would have been a lovely experience. I didn’t expect this from poor boy and it was sad to see. Other than that I always love shopping here.”

“In the midst of the retail park, in a well organised environment is TK Maxx with lots of designer wear and many options to choose from. Cloths, bags, shoes, jackets, underwear, perfumes, gift packs, etc. Some form of loyalty cards are now available. Parking is free for 2hrs”

“Nice shop, staff friendly, good selection of children mens, ladies clothing and homeware. There is an Asda next to it. But be Aware to check parking sign for times, there isn't enough time to go round both shops. The parking is owned by a private company if you're over 3 hours. You get a parking fine.”

A great variety of stock,which includes clothing, household goods, kitchenware, and great assortment of international foodstuffs.. Wheelchair access and lifts to upper floors.

“Wide choice of clothes for bigger girls. Shopping experience is very different from Essex where I came from. I was offered help and when I asked for something not on the rack, the lovely lady went and found it for me in the stock room.”

I wasn’t disappointed, all the staff were knowledgeable and efficient helping me with my purchase. As a busy working mum, there are not many hours in the day to deal with issues that arise out of the blue, so I was so relieved how quickly you dealt with everything. Being quick to react, informative & thorough with your inspections is one thing; but how much you cared about our situation is another thing all together. Unfortunately my jacket was not suitable and I had to return it but my refund was not processed correctly. Such a huge amount of trainers to choose from, we must of spent close to an hour trying different pairs. Kielan , the guy on the trainers department was a credit to the shop.
