“Nice new clean building, shelves have been stocked perfectly, massive variety of goods at reasonable prices. The staff are tremendous, they know many of the locals names, always make you feel welcome and greet you with a nice and friendly smile. The only this is, there isn't a lot of parking options, not the shops fault, but that would be the only negative.”

“I needed a bank statement with my new address as I’d recently moved. David at HSBC Scunthorpe was absolutely fantastic! He couldn’t sort it there and then but took my number saying he would call later if he could sort it. David called me as promised the same day. My statement I requested is ready today. Fantastic service! Thank you”
“My visit was to pay a cheque into my account. A lady employee of the bank asked if she could help. She took me to the cash point and taught me how to pay the cheque in using this method. She was very polite, very cheerful and very smart. Sorry to say I have forgotten her name now I have a come to write the review. One of the most pleasant experiences I have had going into a bank. Congratulations and very well done.”

“I’ve had a Barclays account for 16 years now, however this was my first time visiting this specific branch after moving into the area. I visited mid morning on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy, only had to queue for a few minutes and the gentleman who dealt with my query was very friendly, helpful and we had a good laugh to be fair.”

“Easy to find most of the items, incase if you cannot find the item ask help from any of the staff, they are very helpful. Even at the exit counter the staff are quite helpful with any of scanning issues.If you are purchasing more than 10 items its better to register a scanner and take it with you.”

“Small but well stocked store. However, the five stars are exclusively for the lovely lady at the self help checkout who assisted me with my George collection. She was so cheerful and kind, and such a lovely attitude should be acknowledged! All other staff were very kind too. A lovely experience.”
