“We have recently had to go into the branch to do a bank transfer and transfer funds. On the previous occasion a couple of months ago the gentleman who dealt with us (may have been called Paul) was so friendly and helpful. Today we dealt with a lovely lady who was also so helpful and friendly. The employees at this branch are all so nice and nothing is any trouble to them. Pleasure to go in at any time.”

“It's an excellent bank the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a lot of banking services. From simple bank accounts to investments and Investment advice. There is a ramp for disabled access. There are two external cash machines and two inside the bank.”

“We had our wedding do here at The Embassy in May. I cannot thank Lauren & all the team enough who helped to make our day special (big shout out to Mrs Dixon who made a big effort cleaning up for us) Nothing was too much trouble. Family stayed in the hotel & everyone was happy. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had. I would recommend going to Gingers within the Embassy, the food is the best. I cannot recommend The Embassy enough if you’re thinking of having a celebration.”

Excellent staff in the post office nothing is too much for them or the shop staff always willing to help it's a pleasure to shop in there daily!”
“Two cash machines at ASDA Bilton just outside near the entrance. Can't miss them when walking toward the entrance they are on the right hand side behind the trolley storage shelter. Sometimes they have money sometimes they don't but certainly 9/10 times the ATMs are working. Sometimes they may not have a certain note such as £5 or £10 notes.”

“Thank you for providing an excellent service, very lovely staff at this branch who respect people from all backgrounds regardless. Sadly I had to change banks as the staff at Beverley Barclays do not respect disabled people like myself chatting to their friends and staff while I'm waiting 15 minutes to be served. What should of took me 2 minutes at Hull to deposit money at Beverley it took me 20 minutes as the staff can't be bothered to do their job accurately and professionally at the Beverley Branch.”

“Typical old school corner shop regarding products they stock a little bit of almost everything however, I waited in the queue for my parcel (the shop also has a small post office) when I got to the front I was told to wait until he had got rid of the queue then he would serve me with my parcel this is not a long winded process just scan the barcode I have then the parcel. Despite my annoyance at having to wait i gave them another chance and got another parcel delivered there. Checked the website it said they opened at 6.30 am I waited until 6.48am then had to leave so I assume the website is wrong and will find out the actual opening time when I go later. The majority of staff are pleasant and friendly almost always acknowledge you on entry so I'm a little disappointed at my experience I dont feel that what I experienced was a true reflection of the staff or service I have received in the past”

“I was a little concerned about my stay after reading the bad reviews but I can honestly say we had a great weekend. Arrived at 4pm on Friday and was worried about a long queue at check in but I was the only one there. We stayed in a dog friendly caravan and I was expecting something old and shabby but it looked new. The only downside was the beds were not very comfy. The pool, amusements and kids play areas all fantastic. The grounds were clean and well maintained. We didn’t stay for the entertainment so can’t comment on that. We paid £150 for three nights and it was well worth the money.”
