Just got back from a two night stay in a lodge at the hotel. Before our arrival we spoke to the hotel regarding our requirements and got told different things from different staff on the same requirement. 5th time staying in the lodges. Unfortunately things have gone downhill. Arrived to be told the restaurant was closed for refurbishment and was now in the Tenison , yes it’s a nice room, but not a patch on the cosy feel of the restaurant. You now can’t drive to lodges to unpack your car due to a bollard , so not a great... read full comment
