Very poor customer service ,I was given misinformation about a courier Dhl service ,very unhelpful guy at the counter ! Waste of my time !

I experienced some very poor customer service while in store today. I asked a simple question about the availability of a item that the male staff member didn't even take the time to look me in the eye while talking to me and replied very abruptly with no sold out.
