Having had a fruitless day shopping in Lincoln, we leisurely were walking back to our car when we decided to go into Watsons to see if we could find the items we wanted. How shocked we were to be so warmly greeted by Fay, warm, helpful genuine really lifted our day and put faith back in humanity...thankyou Fay.

Everyone who works here is lovely, they listen to what you mean and really go out of their way to help. They also sell loads of stuff you don't get at other pharmacies
