I was served by a blonde woman named Nikki, she was brilliant. she was so helpful and patient as I had brought loads of stuff and gave me small reward where she could as I had brought a lot. I felt she went above and beyond and was really really kind.

Shockingly when asked for water for an emergency I was told to wait in the queue because they were busy. I got better service from queuing customers.

Josh did a great video relating to Christmas products on sale and this encouraged me to pop to the store, I would encourage you bringing these back on a monthly basis to show customers what offers you have at the minute.
