“I visited Coneys today with my son to buy his first suit for his enrollment into the army. We were anxious before getting to the shop as my son is completely out of his comfort zone as he usually wears joggers and trainers.
The store assistant Leo took one look at my son and just knew what suit would suit both my son and the occasion. He picked out a tie and cufflink set and even the perfect pair of shoes. I was so grateful and couldn't thank him enough. He took away all of the anxiety and made it completely stress-free, and turned it into a really nice moment for myself and my son. I cannot stress enough how amazing Leo was! Highly recommend the store, and highly recommend that you ask for Leo!”

“I went in store today for three items. Not knowing where to look I asked a staff member. He took me right to them and even found me a cheaper version of the same product! He then legged it downstairs to man the till!”

“Went in yesterday with my step daughter to help her find herself some new underwear and was delighted to see there was a sale on! The store was immaculate , everything neatly presented in size order and the staff could not have been any more helpful. Sadly the cloakrooms had to be closed temporarily due to a customer spillage but staff were so apologetic about this. Would 100% recommend the store and the incredibly helpful staff.”

“Having a stroll round Lincoln today and the bottom of my legs were chilly. Spotted this lovely shop and went in with the intention of buying some longer socks. Me and the lovely lady behind the counter got chatting when she mentioned leg warmers and within 5 mins I had bought some. The men’s section could do with an improvement. It’s about a fifth the size of the store and is tucked away in the top corner. Barely anything good in it.”

All the staff are now friendly and helpful, and had exceptional customer service from Donna today. She understood the products and we had a nice chat about what I was purchasing and it was actually a pleasure to shop in the store”

“The store itself is quite large and is over 2 floors, therefore having the shoes and accessories crammed into a small area at the back of the store is a bit of a shame.
Till service - They have now introduced 2 self-check out tills but they don't accept cash or returns, so people are still having to queue to be seen by a human and the service is just always slow or I'm just unlucky!
It would be brilliant if they could introduce a returns system like Next and self-check out accept cash!
I did buy a black shirt dress in the sale and I'm very happy with the quality, equivalent Next or Marks was double the price.”

“I LOVE EQVVS and have been shopping with them for 3 years.Went in store on my Birthday to do some Birthday shopping and purchased a Versace Jeans Couture sweatshirt.The customer service from the staff here is first class, and I was the only one in store and the staff were so welcoming and polite and also, knowledgeable about the luxury brands they stock too.As I was the only one in store, it felt like a true luxury experience as I felt as though I had the shop to myself (a bit like what Harrods do with personal shopping), as I happly marvelled at the luxury brands they stocked.I love my new sweatshirt, and I can't wait to wear it during the colder months.Thank you EQVVS for making my Birthday a happy one. ????”

“I went to lincoln High Street yesterday to get bra measurements becouse I'm menopausal and in alot of pain I did not know you had to make appointment but the lady could see I was desperate and Maulden time for me emotional and needed thumis she got me fitted nicely thank you to that lady I wish I got her name .
