This shop has so much potential, which sadly isnt reached. There never seems to be anyone of any experience there, just kids who don't really care! You have to go upstairs to collect parcels, which seems silly to me. Then when i tried the items on, half the dress was missing (under vest) i only give 2 stars for the staff... read full comment

Pure customer service. Staff attitude could be way better. Did not smile at all. As someone said in comments below it’s just River Island not a Louis Vuitton.
