Went in Friday afternoon, the member of staff was helpful found me a sim plan and opened it up.
All that was fine.
Problem is by Tuesday my number hasn?t swapped over, I called EE on my phone to ask about it. Turns out he didn?t either put my PAC code in if he just didn?t save anything on the system.
The lady in the call center was helpful and said it will be done in a couple of days but admitted that the staff in store didn?t fulfil their responsibilities correctly.

I?ve been with EE for years and I?m the account holder for 3 phones ? mine, my wife?s, and my daughter?s. I always know what I want when I go in, and up until now the Lincoln store has usually managed to sort me out with the best deal. I know they can?t do anything about the price of the smartphone itself, but they always gave me great deals on the monthly plan as a loyal customer.
Today was a completely different story an absolute joke and a waste of time. I went in for the Samsung S25 Ultra and the guy serving me was absolutely useless and completely uninterested. He loaded 3 or 4 deals on his laptop which were almost double the price of what I could see on the official EE website and EE App. When I showed him screenshots (taken just 2 hours earlier) of the exact deals, which were not marked as ?Online Exclusive,? his response was basically, ?Well, I don?t know where you got them from, all I can do is what you see here.?
I couldn?t believe it. Rude, unprofessional, and with zero knowledge of what deals EE actually has. Instead of trying to help, he just brushed me off. Long story short total waste of time. My advice: before criticising a customer, at least let them walk out of the shop first. Such a shame I don?t know what?s happened, because they were always so good before. Absolutely gutted.

Went into the store yesterday with a particular problem on an iPhone. Staff were very helpful and friendly and willing to take a lot of time to resolve it despite having to balance this dealing with a busy shop. Very impressed

Went into the store to get prices on a new iPhone 16. Store staff seemed normal until the guy with beard and glasses came out of the back room of the store with one of his female colleagues sniffing his fingers. Thought weird but ok. They continued to flirt on shop floor which I didn?t find normal and made me feel uncomfortable, I continued to talk about the process and later found out that I declined the credit check. That?s okay I don?t have the best history - they offered me a SIM Only deal and wrote down on the sheet of paper that they had - FENT supplier followed by a mobile number and told me I would need to call this number in order to confirm my sim. I called the number given on the sheet of paper after leaving the store and was offered fentanyl at a discounted rate - something which I did not ask for.
Will not go back in the store again after this.

Completely pointless store. Ask for help and get told to ring ee as they can?t do anything. Unless your buying a brand new phone they arnt interested. Avoid like the plague

I switched on condition of full fiber due to internal copper damage. I asked and checked. Lie. I went to pay my first bill. Wouldn't let me on any format. The app hasn't generated. I am going through a major life crisis and this has tipped me over the edge. Recently out of hospital for suicide attempt and lost two close friends to suicide this year. Felt like they are exploiting vulnerable people. I have had a break down and smashed the 'smarting router. Would rather not bother. I asked and was promised and then u der sold by some privileged mummies boy with an attitude. Well here is mine

Came into the store today to look at into temporary Internet dongle and they guy that served me was so rude because I did not want a contract. I advised him I would only need it tlfor a month so there was no need for the contract and he told me to leave the store a go to argos. He was so disrespectful. I didn't get his name. But he had a beard an glasses. Due to his horrendous customer service I will never use your services again.

Told over phone to come into shop with i.d. Website also says this, however after 40mile trip, they seemed more unwilling than unable to help. Given a phone number to call which defaults to '150' generic EE. So back to square one.There must be better ways. 3uk allow you to choose settings via their website.

Finally a local EE store with knowledgeable and approachable staff who are keen to help. I had called beforehand to confirm the sim was in stock etc and the team at the store got me up and running in no time. I can highly recommend this specific store in Lincoln.
