    Went in Friday afternoon, the member of staff was helpful found me a sim plan and opened it up.
    All that was fine.

    Problem is by Tuesday my number hasn’t swapped over, I called EE on my phone to ask about it. Turns out he didn’t either put my PAC code in if he just didn’t save anything on the system.

    Went into the store yesterday with a particular problem on an iPhone. Staff were very helpful and friendly and willing to take a lot of time to resolve it despite having to balance this dealing with a busy shop. Very impressed
