Not enough staffed counters and too much reliance on self service.

There’re were no shades by niko but it said it was there on the official app for shades and the workers are really mean they did not say no the just pointed me to the exit

What few staff exist are rude and uninterested, pretty much card-only self checkout machines and very slow to approve, chilled alcohol selection is awful, raw meats are often sold out. Parking is inadequate.
Only use it if I'm passing and can't think of a single visit that didn't emote some kind of frustration
