“I came to your store and I must say the customer service I received was fantastic, the young man on the till kevin who served me was brilliant he smiled, made eye contact and even persuaded me to buy your item on the till I would use this store again and recomend to friends and family he also showed me were your Easter section was and where offers where, and told me about your stores Facebook page to see offers that will be on offer etc, he made me feel like I was the only customer there and told me about your subway and there sub of the day and the post office service. “The CO-OP food Store is based on the Willows Estate, Wingate Parade.
The shop has a Security Guard in place most of the time.
There is just one small thing.....the FOOD PRICES have INCREASED quite a lot recently.
Some of the Staff are Extremely helpful and friendly.
Sometimes the food that you require is there, but the following week, it will NO longer available.”
