“I've had very good customer service every time I've collected a parcel and a couple of times I've had to return a parcel and the staff have been very helpful. It also helps that the post office has a variety of services, which can be found online so you can check before you visit. The post office is in a convenience store so it's handy for picking bits of shopping up as it is quite a well stocked little shop,.I truly appreciate this post office being here and I appreciate the truly helpful staff, a big thank you to them ”

“I walked into the post office and was disappointed that the internet opening times was wrong until a staff told me that its only the counter that closed. They use a different till after certain times. So impressive thaa post office inside mccoll opens till 10 pm everyday from 6 pm except Sunday when it opens at 7 pm.A real time saver and customer focused”
“Appalling service with attitude to disabled customers, what's the point of being a post office if you won't process post, 'Articles For The Blind' is a service you SHOULD know about and operate, refusing to process parcels that are correctly addressed and unsealed as required so you can verify the contents meet the 'Articles For The Blind' criteria. If Karl & Sue were still running it there'd not have been an issue. Complaint has been made about the service and attitude I received this morning. Have also been since advised by the Post Office that ALL branches should process 'Articles For The Blind' so what's Lee Street's issue????”

“Came here to enquire about a missing parcel and the staff in the collection office was fantastic. He couldn't of done enough for me. He found my missing parcel for me which saved the day for me as it was my son's passport and we were going away the following day. It wasn't even royal mails fault but the passport office as they put the wrong house number on my parcel. They missed the first digit off. Thank you to Ron for all the help he gave me, my wife and i couldn't be more grateful.”

“The new change of staff has definitely improved the overall view of the post office for me. Beforehand the staff were insulting and even asking a specific question felt like you were putting them out of their way to do it. Whereas the new staff are a delight, happy to help and even have a laugh with. They still seem to want to help people rather than belittle them. Baring there only being two on, sometimes one during busy times, the queue quickly goes down.”
