“Released from hospital with pneumonia following a GP call I was issued with more antibiotics to continue the hospital treatment which was due to run out lunch time Saturday 31st December.The team at drugs 4 delivery went out of their way to fill the prescription and to organise a driver to deliver the medication after hours. Unfortunately he called to say he had a flat tyre but could walk 20 minutes in the cold and pitch dark to deliver. I live in the countryside with little to no street lighting and told him no I would wait til they reopen on Tuesday I wouldn't want anyone risking their safety for the sake of medication continuity especially when they do not normally expect to deliver emergency meds.I am grateful that the kind spoken man attempted delivery and hope all went well with his tyre repair. I am also grateful for the lengths at which drugs 4 delivery are prepared to go when they have to a great service thank you very much and a happy new year to all of you.Amazing man just showed up car on recovery truck to deliver my meds how special is he 8.30pm he's been two and half hours in the cold and rather than just go home to his family he brought my meds a huge huge thank you you are amazing and these meds will mean no break in treatment and that I will be better able to care for my father who just got out of hospital with a worse case of pneumonia than I have. So many THANKS to you sir you are a star”

“I tried many aftershaves..my nose went into meltdown..I bought some that actually smelt like coffee..so word of advice don't go nutts when buying smelling aftershave...lol..staff were nice 😁”

“Having had difficulties with supplies at another local pharmacy I used on two occasions wybers wood for emergency medication and the service was excellent, the shop is very presentable and well stocked has car parking outside but more importantly to me the staff were very helpful and polite and friendly and had what I needed to meet my medical needs. So much so was the fantastic service today, I have now moved all my prescriptions with my doctors to wybers wood pharmacy along with my wife’s prescription and looking forward to very good service in the future”

“A nice small pharmacy in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, easily found on second walkway to the left-hand off the main entrance corridor. Nice well laid out, clean and well lit with friendly knowledgeable staff. Sells some over the counter healthcare products and of course you can get your prescriptions filled here. Like all pharmacy's you may experience a short wait while your prescriptions are dealt with, a waiting area and seating are provided. Nice wide entrance which makes wheelchair access easy. Restrooms and disabled facilities are nearby on the main entrance corridor. Not open on Sat and Sun.”

“I collected my sons medication from here, having not used the chemist before, my son who the medication was for has additional needs and was being difficult whilst waiting, the lady behind the counter came out and bought him a lollipop which I thought was lovely, I had to pop back the next day to collect some other medicine and a different lady took the time to explain everything to me as it was a new medication for my 7 year so I wanted to make sure I understood the instructions.
