Only really use the shop as a collection point for parcels. But EVERY staff member I have dealt with either doesn't know what they're doing or simply do not want to be there. Staff very rude
Very poor customer service. Everything seems to be a problem for them.
Yodal parcel drop off, apparently the manager said she new what she was doing even though I had to wait for her to try and scan then try and input the label number manually a number of times, I asked if I should use another shop and her reply was...( I can if I want to but she's the manager and knows what she is doing)... read full comment
