Received a text to pick up a referral letter when I went to pick it up (round trip 10km)I asked why can't you email it you have to print it so email it or post it that would be cheaper. The reply was we don't do that you should find a survey near you.i have been with the surgery over 25 years disgusting and not professional

My husband is terminally ill and has had a lot to do with this surgery and they are excellent. It is very organised and whatever is needed gets done. The receptionists are great. Went in for routine blood test. Told my to lie on stomach which I thought was weird then all of a sudden I felt my testicle being gently carresed and by the time I could react I felt a finger go so deep inside me, it made me jump up off thr table.
