“I cannot recommend this care agency enough. My LO has what I would say is complex needs nowadays - medically, emotionally and psychologically. They treat her with respect, dignity and are simply amazing with her, offering reassurance when needed and are punctual. We have an app so the carers communicate what my LO has eaten, if there are any issues, that she's washed, taken her meds, laundry done, door locked, etc. So reassuring. The office runs a tight ship and let's us know if there are any concerns or changes that we should be aware of and when my LO has medication changes they ensure the changes are placed on the app so the carers know what to administer and when. They also communicate with the Community Nursing Team when required. We have used alternative carers in the past and the comparison is stark (resulted in safeguarding issues). This agency facilitate dignity in old age. Well done ACE Homecare. Definitely recommend!”
