Rude very unprofessional ladies. Text message received after my landlord served me notice. Claim they don’t have a full copy of my tenancy agreement. It’s 8 pages & claim they only have page 1. I've rented from Cambridge Estate agents for 12 years' and the service I've received has always been professional. The ladies are lovely and are always on hand.
