“Booked my vehicle in for a cam belt replacement (wet belt) after ringing and being given a fixed price quote.
Dropped my vehicle off just after 8am and collected the courtesy car as I had been told it would take 2 days to complete the cam belt change.
I was contacted at lunchtime the following day to be told the work had been completed but the healthcheck had shown a couple of minor issues. I was asked if I would like them completed and given a quote for the additional work.
Agreed for the additional work to be completed and then received a call just after 2.30 to be told all work had been done and my vehicle was ready for collection.
Dropped off the courtesy vehicle and collected my own, the only painful part was paying the bill for the work completed.
A seamless and easy process from start to finish, well done to all involved.”

“I had a puncture on the A52 outside of Grantham and the AA attended. The tyre was too badly damaged for the repair kit to be used so the AA fitted a temporary wheel and followed me to Grantham Kwik Fit. They didn't have the tyre that I wanted in stock so they ordered it for next day delivery and kept the car in their secure area overnight. The new tyre was fitted the following morning and by midday I was driving home. Abbie was brilliant throughout and even noticed the rain starting to fall and lent me an umbrella for the walk home. Overall a first class service from Kwik Fit Grantham.”
