“Visited Kwik-Fit today and received excellent service. My car was booked for 9am and the team were very punctual in putting on my new tyre. Impressively, the technician came to me to say that the tyre didn’t need changing at this moment in time and went through the tread measurements. In the end, because of the mileage I do, asked them to still go ahead.

“Came in for advice about a replacement toilet flushing mechanism. Met Paul on front desk who was helpful, cheerful, and offered advice in clear communication. He was very friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. Discussed with me exactly what I required. Helped me with everything I needed and I got the job done with his help (and some from YouTube) despite never having done the job myself. A GBP30 item (and 30 minutes work) saved me GBP200 as quoted by a local plumber. Well done guys!”

“We contacted G works as a vehicle of ours had broken down , Rick advised me that at short notice he was willing to have a look at it within a few days, we arranged recovery and left it with them. “I went in store today for three items. Not knowing where to look I asked a staff member. He took me right to them and even found me a cheaper version of the same product! He then legged it downstairs to man the till!”

Always greeted with a smile.I have used this place for many years even though they're not my local garage. I have lots of trust in their technicians. They offer sound advice about services and replacement parts, and often have advised me not to worry about changing parts if they don't need changing.Not the cheapest place, but definitely not a rip off. The only issue I have ever had was resolved within 15-20 minutes of me raising a concern with them, with no kickback or attitude from anyone. They want to help out, at least that's been my experiences.I always recommend Cooley's and will continue to do so. 5*”

“My car had completely broken and steering on it had gone. I took it to motorsave on wragby road to see if they could do anything for it. I was hesitant after reading the reviews and was scared. But they did such a good job and completely fixed it for a reasonable price too! I took it to get its MOT done and they got it tested, rectified the issues and retested and given back to me all within 24 hours. They were so good with explaining the issues and what was happening and made sure to check with me before doing anything to it! Cannot thank them enough. Will definitely be returning if anything else needs doing!”

“Myself and my two sons have used the services of PG Mitchell Motors for well over a decade. All the servicing requirements for our three privately owned vehicles have been undertaken by this company to our complete satisfaction over this period.The last job, completed on 24th August 2023 was replacement of a clutch and dual mass flywheel, as well as a complete exhaust system on a Vauxhall Astra diesel estate. (Invoice I011482)I have never had cause to complain about the technical aspects of the work, nor the quoted or actual cost of the work undertaken at any time during this period.It saddens me to see that a traditional motor engineering company such as PG Mitchell Motor Engineers now have to operate in a market place where servicing and repair costs for work carried out are treated as a "grudge purchase" by certain customers.
