The staff here are amazing people, no matter how busy they are, they always strive for perfection, remaining happy friendly courteous polite, not to mention efficient. Definitely 5 ? +++++

Advertised open ours are non existent. May as well but closed down. Needed to take my prescription in as the doctors surgery is updating their system. Open hours states till 5pm. Went after finishing work at 1pm and all closed up with the security shutters closed.

Oh dear this boots store is diabolical, dated and dingy. Not what I'm used to from this chain store at all, I usually love shopping in boots but this shop hasn't been updated for millennia ? please boots give us a shopping experience that doesn't depress us. - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
