Excellent service ? . I needed some machine needles and heavy duty thread I could of ordered it online with Amazon or suchlike but sometimes what you think you ordered turns out different to what arrives especially if you are new to this I then saw that Camelot crafts were just round the corner from me so a quick call to Wendy and I arranged to call round where I was advised on which needles and thread were best for my usage also I was told where I can get fabric supplies nearby in Skegness as unfortunately their fabrics are aimed towards quilting and not what I needed. I will definitely be back for more supplies as needed ?

The custom service is amazing!it turned out that one of the fabric I had ordered was no longer available, the custom service (Jon) reached out and offered a refund or replace.Not only did they allow me to replace it with a more expensive fabric they sent it to me with express mail (i had only paid for standard shipping) to make up for the fact they did not have the fabric i ordered.Five stars for the custom services

Lovely friendly service so much good stuff and free advice cannot rate camalot crafts high enough i called and got an appointment straight away for me and a friend now the only problem is keeping away better get sewing so i can visit again soon thanks jayne and andrea x

Visited today with my sister who loves craft and quilting .She likes to make purchses from Camelot and says she can slways find what she is looking for.We received a lovely welcome and had all our questions answered . Wonderful array of fabrics ,kits ,equipment and craft ideas and you can take craft classes too.Well worth a visit .Highly recommended .

I did a course with wendy on Saturday it was amazing because I learned so much, Thank you wendy for all the knowledge shared it was so interesting and invaluable, Thanks to Linda, joe,Gail,Fran,Lorraine for making the day so much fun,Also let's not forget lorrie who looked after us all with tea and coffee. So wendy can't wait until November 17th for the next instalment.
