The custom service is amazing!it turned out that one of the fabric I had ordered was no longer available, the custom service (Jon) reached out and offered a refund or replace.Not only did they allow me to replace it with a more expensive fabric they sent it to me with express mail (i had only paid for standard shipping)... read full comment
