Changed the rules on getting improved nhs hearing aids from 3 years to 5 years before you can get new improved one's, not good.

Extremely busy with people waiting for eye test. Not enough seating for everyone and no where for me as a wheelchair user to place myself that wasn't in the way of the staff or other customers trying to walk past or look at frames. Appointment was 20-30 mins late and then felt quite rushed, not as thorough as I have had...
