“Lovely, polite, friendly, welcoming staff made the whole process from checking in at the desk, having eyes checked, the optician was so nice, I think her name was Emily (apologies if I remembered that wrongly), choosing new glasses (the ones Tassia helped me choose are comfortable and look good on) to collecting glasses from Emma who was very kind to my husband who was having a bit of trouble breathing in the hot weather and did the final fitting of my new glasses.”

“This was my first time at this branch, after using Specsavers for most of life in various branches and I've always had a good experience. However this branch was outstanding! From the second the door closed to the chaos outside the two people at the check in bit were very polite and professional. The next person I spoke to was getting my record up etc and the computer was a bit slow but she made nice small talk with me. The optician I saw was Richard Ewetunde, and after my last amazing optician I was worried that I wouldn't get another great optician but Richard was probably the best optician I've ever come across! I have quite complex eye problems but he was patient and took the time to listen and understand and make all the notes needed. I usually feel panicked/stressed in eye tests but he made me feel calm and I wasn't rushed at all. He was very thorough with all the tests and had great patient manner. If only I could get a GP like Richard is! At least I know I have a great optician”
