Came in today to get my usual repeat prescription and there was a man bring served being very difficult because he didn't check which pharmacy his doctor sent his prescription to (surely you should ask..) and was mad that the pharmacists didn't have his prescription. The kind man serving him calmly and professionally directed him to where the prescription ended up and provided him with the next steps he could take to get the prescription released so that he could fill it for him. Expertly handled while balancing the line of people waiting for the difficult customer to finish his complaining. You are all lovely people and I hope you have a good weekend!”
