A young lady helped us pick a gift and we were chatting about my daughters teenage breakout skin and my dry in need of help skin.She was absolutely brilliant absolutely full of knowledge and full of help and advice. She went out of her way to help suggesting products for us both and giving us samples to try.She offered that if my daughter didn’t see an improvement to go into store and she would help personalise other things to try.She was an absolute star and customer service at its absolute best going above and beyond.Exceptional service thank you.We will definitely be back and absolutely recommend to friends and family.”
