“I do agree with some of the comments. However, this small Post Office is dealing with an ever expanding Syston. We are lucky to have a sorting/collection office - many do not have that! If you have any complaints just discuss your grievance with Satish, he will go above & beyond to help solve your issue. He doesn't have too much time to welcome with a smile - maybe he should serve you with tea & biscuits. Well done to Satish & your team, you all do amazing! Your Posties are always pleasant & still had to work through covid. If you really are unhappy, deliver your items personally - that would be a special gesture & you cannot complain if they are not delivered! Well done to Satish & your team -you do amazing!”
