“Small but the shelves are full.Sadly, they can't do road tax and the likes.Unfortunately some of the people in the area live out their lives there. Screaming kids being screamed at inside the shop by their parents to the point when you can't even say how you want your package to be posted...Except for the skinny cashier with glasses, everyone went above and beyond to assist me!”

“This is a small post office along with a convenience store in the New Parks area of Leicester. Despite their small size they provide a huge range of postal services and their customer service is brilliant. Recently I even used them to exchange 100 pound notes with 1 pound coins because there is no bank nearby. They happily did it :-) The gentleman working there is very polite and helpful. 5 Stars for their customer service ?”
“Love this office. Great drop off times up to 9pm but also so kind I was walking my dogs the other Sunday and couldn't find a coffee shop or pub for myself to get a drink but more importantly for the dogs to have some water. The lady at the post office emptied a sweet container and gave the dogs some water. Thank you”

“I live locally and I have known the post master for 20 years. In that time he has provided excellent post office services. He has never been rude to me and he has never shown any sign of incompetence. He always says 'hello' to all of his customers. He is friendly and cheerful all the time. He comes into work even when he is not feeling well because he does not want to disappoint his customers. I can honestly say with my hand on my heart that he is a genuinely nice guy and I cannot understand why some people are giving him negative feedback. Clearly, they are the ones with the attitude problem.”

“Ive just move to the luterworth Area and was looking for the nearest post office. After reading the abysmal reviews of lutterworth post office, i won't support a business that treats their customer badly. So my nearest Post office is Broughton Astley and what a great post office. I was served in good time and even when I made a mistake on of one my parcels the gentleman really helped me rectify it. Lots of letter and parcel bits for sale a great convience store selling a wide range of food and drink.Store also smells great with All the hot food that's served. Highly recommended, this will now be my port of call for sending parcels.”

“I live & work in the village & do use the post office for various things regularly, mainly postal (obviously…it’s a post office!). Have only ever had one problem & that was a parcel being too big to drop off. Staff always polite to me (I am also polite to them, you get back what you give out!). My general take on people who do moan about the staff, would moan about anything! At least we have a post office still, so if people don’t like the place, don’t use it & then moan when it’s closed down! Anyway, good little shop & very handy in the village!”
