“Owner needs to re-educate himself on basic retail skills, judging by the latest comments I'm not alone - I've been in retail for most if my life, I would be out of a job if I treated customers in similar style.You can get awkward customers, but the old adage still sticks "the customer is always right"Remaining polite in the face of adversity, is paramount.?Update 2023?What a difference a face makes, new management and a totally opposite experience to what I originally revealed, the new staff are great, helpful and pleasant, the main man is highly knowledgeable and goes the distance with any tips and advice, and persona is on point.It's a busy place, folks are generally impatient, so kudos to all the staff, I now have no issues with posting or receiving, you've got your 4 extra stars, you've earned em.”

“First class service all round. I use the PO almost weekly and choose to use this one rather than my local due to the good interactions with staff.Yes they can be busy…but if you choose to go at busy times then expect a small wait. I’ve never queued for any long period that being said.I am always met with a hello and a smile, and staff are happy to joke and have banter.I have also witnessed the embarrassing behaviour of certain “entitled” customers who have been abusive and out of order - the staff have been professional in these circumstances and good on them!”

“This is a small post office along with a convenience store in the New Parks area of Leicester. Despite their small size they provide a huge range of postal services and their customer service is brilliant. Recently I even used them to exchange 100 pound notes with 1 pound coins because there is no bank nearby. They happily did it :-) The gentleman working there is very polite and helpful. 5 Stars for their customer service ?”

“Quaint little CO OP with all things a CO OP would have. You’d find all the ingredients to bake a cake here, or all popular varieties of tea bags. The cashier severing me was cheery. The aisles were narrow. No more than 3 foot wide (not covid safe ?).”
“The post office shuts at 2pm at the moment as the owners are away on holiday and the shop is run by inexperienced staff from 2pm onwards, this is expected to last for at least the rest of the week.”

“I love the store this has become. It’s kept the same friendly faces, but has moved forward and is serving the village in new ways. The new opening times are great. They have an awesome selection of vapes. They are constantly expanding their products, I particularly appreciate the American sodas and candy. The manager listens to feedback and clearly wants to meet the needs of her customers because she always responds with kindness and action! The prices are a little expensive in comparison to similar stores but I understand why they are.”

“Amazing customer service. Had an issue with cash deposits frustratingly, but gentleman behind counter called post office helpline directly to enquire what the issue was. Identified this was an issue with all post offices and saved me traipsing around to other branches to keep trying. Very polity, helpful and professional. Will use this again, the only shame or area for improvement is the car parking situation.”

“Ive just move to the luterworth Area and was looking for the nearest post office. After reading the abysmal reviews of lutterworth post office, i won't support a business that treats their customer badly. So my nearest Post office is Broughton Astley and what a great post office. I was served in good time and even when I made a mistake on of one my parcels the gentleman really helped me rectify it. Lots of letter and parcel bits for sale a great convience store selling a wide range of food and drink.Store also smells great with All the hot food that's served. Highly recommended, this will now be my port of call for sending parcels.”
