“Started using this post office after experiencing terrible customer service/unnecessary rudeness within the Oadby Parade branch. Harjit & Jasbir are both extremely helpful & efficient, and the other 3 staff I have come across are as equally helpful! I am surprised at some of these negative reviews, as I always find that jobs are done very quickly and effectively, as opposed to other branches. This particular post office go above and beyond in providing assistance even outside of their usual hours - unlike other post offices who are almost too quick to sign out of their duties and literally stop even basic communication around 4/5pm. The convenience store is also always well stocked which is handy!”

“Went here a few days ago and the manager was absolutely brilliant. If you're reading this sorry for the late review haha. The post office is well laid out and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It is one of those places where people will have a pleasant time but won't leave a review. You only do leave them when something bad happens which is rare but when people only leave reviews when that happened then the place seems far worse than it actually is. Don't be put off by reviews, this place is very good and staff very helpful. Definitely helped me out when I came a little after hours to post an envelope.”
