“I came into oadby shop last week to replace my dad's battery in his watch, left it with a young lad Aj I think his name was, returned a hour later to collect it and he told me he couldn't get it working and his watch was knackered I found this rather odd as never had a issue with it before but got the impression he couldn't be bothered and he certainly didn't seem bothered about helping me. Luckily I was at asda doing my shopping and seen Jay at the timpsons there just on his way home for the evening and I asked him if he'd be in the shop anytime soon and explained my situation and as always with Jay, fantastic customer service he told me to bring it in to have a look and surprise surprise within a couple of minutes the watch is working perfectly fine. Please can we have Jay and Lisa back regularly in the oadby shop as I know I'm not the only person that checks who's behind the counter before going in now as Jay and Lisa are the only ones that actually do there best for customers and go above and beyond always friendly and actually know what there doing! Only given the 5 ☆ due to Jay being awesome and saving my day.”
