We brought several old watches that were really dear to us and the guy gave us an amazing price to change batteries (less than £10 per watch), even though one of the watches was considerably expensive. He also fixed my husband’s watch strap for free. Got it all fixed within an hour and when one of the watches was too damaged to fix even though he had still worked on it he didn’t charge us for it. We didn’t catch his name but received great service this afternoon, thank you.”
