“Visited the Timpson at Coalville today to use the photo print service. My phone is not the easiest to transfer photos from. I was helped by Garry the assistant on the day, who not only guided me set up the transfer, but patiently waited while I scrolled through 100s of cat photos to find the one I needed. He was a pleasure to chat to and totally empathised with my sad loss (I wanted a photo in a nice frame to remember my cat by).I commend Garry to his management on his superb customer care. I am truly grateful.”
