Poor service took my items in that had stains on. I had tried to pre clean. But wasn't coming out. When I handed in I was not informed that previous attempts to clean may affect cleaning results. When I collected the items I was not made aware the stains had not come out. I paid full costs. Took home only to find stains still there. When I tried to rectify this situation was told that it was my fault as I should of made them aware I had tried to previously clean. I was not offered a refund as the service did not clean my item as it illustrated on the website. I was told sorry nothing they can do. I would never use this company again. Blaming customers is a very unprofessional way to run a business.

Took my wedding dress here to be cleaned (it was absolutely filthy after a rainy October wedding!). They were very reasonably priced, had a quick turn around and most importantly left my dress spotless. Would 100% recommend!
