Poor service took my items in that had stains on. I had tried to pre clean. But wasn't coming out. When I handed in I was not informed that previous attempts to clean may affect cleaning results. When I collected the items I was not made aware the stains had not come out. I paid full costs. Took home only to find stains... read full comment
