My elderly Mum has regular needs for medication and my Dad was unable to do this for her this week due to being in hospital. There was important information that I was missing when I called in to collect the prescription. Both the lady who served me and the manager were reassuring and endeavoured to get to the bottom of a query regarding allergies. They could have easily just said "the chemist is closed now, call back tomorrow", but they didn't. Instead they went out of their way, working later than usual to dispense the medication for me. I have to say that old fashioned customer service these days is rare and should be applauded.The manager and staff of this chemist are so valuable to the local community and I hope that they are respected and valued as much as they should be. Thank you for the service you provide at Masons Chemist in Markfield. You are amazing and I appreciate and value the service you offer to the elderly and vulnerable residents in Markfield.”
