“So last Friday I was experiencing a mental health crisis episode.This was due to my medication was MAJORLY messed-up and my desperate need to be with my Mummy @ THE WORST time in our life.So, after MANY phone calls to both my GP & usual pharmacy still stuck on square 1, the AMAZING WOMEN at the front could see I getting worse & told me be with my mummy, took my number, also told me "don't worry, it's OK, we'll deal with it",I went to be with my mummy, within the HOUR, I received a call from them telling me that my prescription ALL SORTED!! Such a massive weight was lifted & I could spend a few Precious hours with her.When I arrived, even though I was in a queue (of 3 people on front of me), I was spotted IMMEDIATELY, given meds, signed for it then home!I cannot RECOMMENDED HIGHLY enough, even though I was in a completely different dimension mentally, ALL THE STAFF were incredible. Friendly, polite, professional & EXTREMELY KIND!!Also, they ALWAYS have whatever it is you need. If you call they actually ANSWER THE PHONE & if you're having trouble with your prescription, go here!!! It's also a big & quiet place with a little seating area which is ideal if you want to enjoy the silence.Thank HMS Pharmacy for EVERYTHING last Friday. Although, I’d prearranged to collect some bits a few weeks ago and still had to wait, but that was a one off and in their defence they looked totally swamped.Without doubt the fifth star in this review is because of the delivery driver Ilesh,While all of the staff are very good, he goes above & beyond to help.They struck gold with him and would find it extremely difficult to get anyone else as dedicated to helping the people who he delivers to.”

“I know they seemed to be short staffed sometimes which obviously can cause problems. Maybe, they get better paid jobs elsewhere and leave.
Especially with the extra work thrust onto them from the government.
But I've been using this pharmacy alot since my health change suddenly in the last couple years. I have found them very friendly and helpful. The lady in charge is very caring and has gone out of her way to help me. I've had texts that my prescription is ready. Some of these people complaining should try working there instead. ?”

“Visited pharmacy whilst on holiday in Barrow u Soar. Ran short of medicine difficult to obtain during a national shortage in this medication. Assisted by very kind and friendly staff and pharmacist. Established that they did have a small stock of the medication in stock and a suitable alternative. After my GP sent through a prescription, I left very relieved, happy and within 20 minutes.
