“The staff here are great, excellent customer service. Problem is the new, restricted opening! Being closed on Monday makes no sense to me, especially as it's closed on Wednesdays already! Tuesday morning is a nightmare for customers (and staff), with long queues and waiting times, compared to normal.It's very hard on the staff but we as customers deserve better than this from NBS.”
